A Message from Pastor Jesse

Hey Mission Campus,

I am looking forward to our gathering this Sunday as we will have the privilege of seeing 10 people be baptized! You can click here to get a little glimpse into what God has saved them from and what He is calling them too. Let's make sure we are in prayer for these 10 people over the next few days and come prepared to welcome them with joy into the Family of God.

Also, our Youth are heading off on a service trip this summer to the Okanagan to help out at The Gleaners. They will be holding a bake sale after both services in the foyer to help with the cost. If you could support them by picking up some tasty treats they would appreciate it. See you Sunday!

"Did You Know?" with Darcy

Did you know that at our staff meetings each month, we spend time sharing "evidences of God's grace"? It's a time to let each other know some of the things that God is doing in our midst. Here are a few from this month's meeting:

  • Grade 5 Systematic Theology Course: The 25 students who have been taking this course have had their last class. They were prayed over and congratulated! Please pray for these future potential leaders.
  • People returning to the faith: We heard numerous stories from people whose adult children were not following Jesus, and who have recently come back to the faith or come to faith for the first time.
  • Baptisms in Mission: This weekend, the Mission Campus will be baptizing several people, and 7 of them are brand new Christians!
  • Alpha Course conclusion: Our Alpha Course concluded with some first-time believers! Pray for their growth. Leaders were also very encouraged by the great questions asked.
  • South Asia Missions Trip: The mission trip to South Asia is now fully funded! Thank you for your generosity to this project.

Well, now you know!

Congregational Meeting

On Tuesday, June 25, we have our Congregational Meeting at the Downes Road Campus. This is an opportunity to hear a ministry review, to see how God has been working in the life of Northview this past year, and also to highlight different plans for ministry next year in the review of the budget. And of course, we'll give updates regarding the scope and timeline of our Downes Road building project. We look forward to seeing you there!

Do you have kids ages 6-12? Join us for Soccer Camp this summer from July 29 to August 2! GriefShare

It hurts to lose someone, and we want to support you during your time of grief. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help.

Join us for a 13-week cycle starting October 8. Each session features video teaching followed by group discussion. We welcome anyone experiencing grief to join us by registering at the link below.

Summer Studies

During the summer months, members of the Northview community frequently seek recommendations from our pastors for reading materials and Bible studies. We are delighted by your enthusiasm for deepening your relationship with God and expanding your understanding of His teachings during your leisure time—whether you're camping, vacationing, or enjoying quieter days at home. If you're keen on continued growth this summer, we invite you to participate in one of our Summer Studies! To see a list of studies available and to register, click the link below!

Whether you need prayer, have questions, or want to get plugged in, we're here for you! Check out the links below and we would love to connect with you.
