This Weekend at Northview

Join us at Northview for Multiplication Weekend, a special service focusing on church planting and partnerships in Canada. Northview has a passion for taking the gospel message to the unreached and planting churches in those regions. As the body of Christ, we are called to participate in the Great Commission by supporting and praying for those serving globally. By doing so, we encourage and enable them to continue serving where God has placed them.

At Central Abby, the Higher Ground Bible Study for middle schooers is running and, as always, dinner is at 4:30pm in the gym.

We hope to see you there!

At 4:15pm we pray for our campus & our neighbourhood. Join us in the Basement Lounge off of the main foyer.

Hi Northview,

By way of an update, we wanted to inform you that David Adkins is leaving our staff team. David joined us as the Downes Road Pastor over a year ago and has spent that time loving our Downes Road congregants and those who attended our services. Join us in praying for him during this time of transition.We wish him and his wife, Chrissy, all the best!

"Did You Know" with Darcy

Did you know that TriCity Church, the church plant that Northview was a part of, is in the initial stages of prayerful discernment regarding planting an independent church in Maple Ridge? They are inviting our support and input as they involve their congregation and chart a path forward. Please pray for Matt Glezos and the leadership team at TriCity Church as they seek to discern God's will. Well, now you know!

Pre Marriage Class

In this class, we hope to equip you with practical teaching and advice to set you up for a successful marriage. Over three sessions, we will discuss marriage, sex, finances, communication, parents and parents-in-law, and answer any questions you might have! Each session will include a discussion on the current cultural view compared with teaching on the Biblical view of each topic. This class is for seriously dating and engaged couples.

The class will take place on May 7th, 14th and 21st from 7pm - 9pm at the Downes Road Campus. For more information and to register, click the button below!

Sanctuary Prayer

A sanctuary is a place of refuge. As believers, we can pray anywhere and in all circumstances, but in the busyness of life, it can be a challenge to find quiet and focus. This can be especially challenging in the middle of the day! Every Wednesday, the Worship Centre at the Downes Road Campus will be open weekly from 11am to 1pm for those looking for a place of refuge for prayer. There is no formal program, however a pastor will be available for anyone wanting someone to pray with them.
